Francis Sweet is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 16 years in the food industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef and previously as Lead Line Cook at Biltmore Forest Country Club since October 2013, Francis has developed a strong skill set in kitchen management and food preparation. Prior experience includes a role as Line Cook at The Fabulous Frankie Bones from August 2010 to October 2013, and an earlier position as Dishwasher/Line Cook at The Corner Grill, where Francis worked from June 2007 to August 2010. Education was completed at Roberson High School, earning a High School Diploma.
