Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of People and Culture Manager at Bilue, leading Talent Acquisition and the entire employee experience journey. Sarah's previous experience includes over a decade at Flight Centre Travel Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing high-volume recruitment across various brands, and holding several roles at Courier Newspapers, Federal Publishing Company. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication - Journalism from Charles Sturt University and several management and tourism-related qualifications.
