Flavia Pierron

Flavia Pierron is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head HR Switzerland and Global HR Business Partner for IXM at Comet since August 2025. Prior to this role, Flavia was the Head HR for Switzerland at Medartis from August 2022 to August 2025. Flavia's career includes strategic HR business partnership at Stryker from August 2018 to July 2022 and leadership in talent acquisition at Johnson & Johnson from December 2014 to March 2018. Flavia began the career at CNH Industrial, where roles included support to the HR Senior Vice-President EMEA and various HR roles between April 2008 and December 2013. Flavia holds a General Management Program degree from ESCP Business School and a Master’s degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino.
