Ha Pham

Ha Pham is an experienced revenue management professional with extensive expertise in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at BIM Group since March 2023, Ha has previously held the same position at Nova Hospitality and Vinpearl. Prior to these roles, Ha worked as the Area Director of Revenue Management for InterContinental Hotels Group, overseeing revenue strategies for multiple hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake and a long tenure at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, where Ha advanced through various sales and management positions. Ha's educational background includes a BA in International Business from Foreign Trade University, a Bachelor's degree in English from Hanoi Open University, and a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Hanoi Teacher’s Training College.
