Chloe Foster

Chloe Foster is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Global HR Programmes Manager at BIMA (MILVIK) since August 2019, Chloe has focused on empowering underserved families through innovative healthcare solutions while leading HR initiatives in 12 countries. Previously, at Kriya (formerly MarketFinance) from November 2016 to July 2019, Chloe enhanced the hiring process, reducing the time-to-hire by 54%, and improved employee satisfaction through mental health support.
