Karen Skelton

Karen Skelton is currently working as the Quality Systems & Lab Lead at Bimbo Canada since January 2024. Prior to this, Karen held positions at Canada Bread Company, Limited, including Senior Specialist Quality Assurance & Food Safety- Co-Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Before that, Karen worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc as a Quality Assurance Systems Specialist. Karen also worked at Canada Bread Company, Ltd. where Karen held the positions of Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technician. Karen graduated from Mohawk College in 2003 with a degree in Chemical Engineering Technology, Chemistry.
