Erik Pimenta

Erik Pimenta has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erik started their career at Unilever, where they held multiple roles in sales planning, stocks planning, S&OP process coordination, customer service coordination, and innovation planning. Erik then moved on to work at Hypera as a project and processes manager before joining Danone as the SAP project implementation manager for customer service. At Danone, they also served as the production and material planning manager, head of sourcing and supplier development, and head of procurement and operational projects. Their responsibilities included implementing cost-saving strategies, leading customer service initiatives, and managing logistics and supply chain operations. In 2019, Erik joined Danone Nutricia Research as the head of customer service, where they successfully improved service levels, reduced penalties costs, and received recognition for excellence in logistics and service.
