Alfonso Lozano Ferruccio

Director For Business Development In Latin America at Bimeda

Alfonso Lozano Ferruccio has extensive experience in the animal health industry. Alfonso started their career at Universidad de La Salle as an Academic Coordinator, where they developed training programs for agribusiness. Alfonso then joined Pfizer Animal Health as a Cattle Technical Services specialist and later became the Marketing Manager and the Regulatory Affairs and Technical Manager. Alfonso was then promoted to the role of Poultry Business Unit Manager for the CelA region, responsible for integrating portfolios and leading a new team. Alfonso also served as the Cattle Business Unit Manager in the CeNLAR region. After Pfizer Animal Health, they joined Zoetis as the General Manager for Zoetis Venezuela & Caribbean and later became the Commercial Operations Lead for the North of Latin America, where they led various projects and implemented SAP in multiple countries. Alfonso currently works at Bimeda as the Director for Business Development in Latin America.

Alfonso Lozano Ferruccio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Universidad de La Salle, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further education and completed an Advanced Management Diplomat program at IESA from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Administration and General Business Management. In 2016 and 2017, they enrolled in the Project Management Institute and obtained a Project Manager Professional certification in the field of Project Management. Most recently, between 2018 and 2021, Alfonso Lozano Ferruccio pursued a Master's degree in Innovation from Universidad EAN.
