Prior to this, Nivedita worked as an HR Consultant at Pinaki from March 2015 to July 2020, as an HR Executive at Saral Infotech from September 2014 to February 2015, and as an HR Executive at Xmplar Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2013 to August 2014. Nivedita holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Sriram Institute of Management & Technology.
