Noura Ismail

Noura Ismail is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford since October 2025, specializing in Migration, Development Economics, and International Development. As Co-Founder and Global Director of Project Hilm, Noura focuses on innovative solutions for social challenges. Previously, Noura served as Chief Program Officer at Talent Beyond Boundaries, which collaborates with the UN Refugee Agency to enhance economic mobility for refugees. Noura also held various roles, including Global Program Director and Middle East Director at Talent Beyond Boundaries and a consultant at UCLA's Skoll Center for Social Impact Entertainment. Noura's early career includes significant contributions at Kiva, Ashoka, and Klamp & Associates, alongside writing positions at Layalina Productions and The Daily Star. Noura holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and an MBA in Social Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
