Ben Joshua

Ben Joshua has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Pentagon Engineering Enterprises, a civil construction company specializing in turnkey projects. In 2013, they also held the position of Assistant Interior Designer at Studio DRIFT.

In 2013, Ben joined Kiran Vadhaiya & Associates, an Interior Design firm, first as a Senior Interior Designer and later as an Associate. Ben quickly progressed to become an integral part of the company, contributing to high-end commercial and residential interior projects.

In 2016, Ben moved to Qualixa Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, handling various responsibilities in project management. Ben then joined IDENTITI GLOBAL in 2017 as Executive Operations and Business Development, showcasing their diverse skill set.

From 2017 to 2022, Ben worked at Emaar, taking on the roles of Alterations Department and later Community Incharge. During this time, they demonstrated their expertise in managing community affairs and overseeing alterations in line with company standards.

Currently, Ben Joshua is with BinHendi Enterprises, where they hold the position of Property Manager. Ben has also been promoted to the Head of Department, showcasing their capabilities and continued growth in their career.

Ben Joshua's education history begins in 2005 when they attended St.Theresa's High School and obtained their S.S.C degree. From 2010 to 2013, they attended L. S. Raheja School of Architecture and earned a degree in Interior Design & Decoration. During the same period, they also obtained a GOVT. DIPLOMA in Interior Design from L.S.Raheja School of Architecture. In 2017, Ben attended NICMAR University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Business Management in 2018.
