Elif AYHAN KURT has over 10 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Product Manager at Binalyze. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Sr. Product Manager at MOSTLY AI. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Comodo, where they were responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers and Operation engineers for ITarian and Comodo platform. Elif was also responsible for developing the long-term product vision for every product in the portfolio, creating, maintaining and prioritizing Product Roadmap and turning them into Release Roadmaps (Feature Backlog). From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at AVEA, where they were responsible for performing project management of end-to-end solutions, acting as a product or service owner for the various services, and taking all kind of roles to make an idea to real working service or product. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Network Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent, where they were responsible for working on British Telecom's IP/MPLS network for BT Winston Migration Programme and supporting L2 tshoot problems during the migration and stability period.

Elif also obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Bahcesehir University between 2005 and 2010.
