Fatih Çekirdek has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. In 2015 and 2016, they were a Software Engineering Intern at AYESAS. In 2016, they were a Research Intern at DAI-Labor der TU Berlin, where they developed a user interface and backend in Java FX, Swing and Python, as well as machine learning models to predict next destinations of mobile LTE users. In 2017, they were a Teaching Assistant at TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Backend Developer and Cyber Security Specialist at STM, where they developed a server application using Python and built REST API services. Currently, they are a Full Stack Developer at Modanisa, working on the Product Information Management section using Golang, Vue.js, Rest, Couchbase, Micro services, Vuetify, Nuxt, SCSS, TDD, ATDD, Cucumber, Puppeteer, Pact Testing, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio.
Fatih Çekirdek has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi, which they obtained in 2017 after studying from 2012 to 2017. Fatih then went on to pursue a Master's degree in information security from the same institution, which they obtained in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Offensive Security, The Linux Foundation, and Mirantis, including an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) in 2020, a CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer in 2021, and a Docker Certified Associate in 2020.
