Dennis Lagman

Dennis Lagman has extensive work experience in user experience research and design. Dennis currently serves as the Lead UX Researcher at Binance.US. Previously, they worked as the Lead UX Researcher at Dapper Labs, where they established and implemented a user research practice. Before that, at ecobee, they held the role of Director of User Research and Consumer Insights, where they led and grew the user research practice and collaborated with senior leadership to identify research priorities. Dennis also served as the Manager of User Research and a User Researcher at ecobee, building and managing a team of researchers. Prior to ecobee, they were the Manager of User Experience Research at LoyaltyOne, where they created an in-house research practice and established an innovation lab. Dennis also worked as a UX Designer at The Laudi Group, focusing on talent preview solutions. Overall, Dennis Lagman possesses a wealth of experience in user research, strategy, and team management.

Dennis Lagman has a Master of Design in Inclusive Design from OCAD University. Dennis also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Marketing from the University of Manitoba. In addition, Dennis has a User Experience Researcher Certification from Akendi.
