Irena Mudra has worked in various roles in the past nine years. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Manager for Binariks Inc., where their responsibilities included conducting onboarding and offboarding, assisting and organizing Performance Appraisals, developing and implementing HR Policies, conducting feedback sessions, providing support to Specialists in HR-related topics, gathering and analyzing data with HR metrics, and maintaining Specialist records. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Sales Manager for Modern Art Hotel, where they closed deals and increased revenue through cold calling, identified new business leads, and represented the Hotel at various events and exhibitions. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Front Office Supervisor at Taurus City, where they resolved customer issues, complaints, and problems, used suggestive selling techniques, and worked with online resources. From 2016 to 2017, they were a German Interpreter at Gerberhaus Culturproduktionen, where they scheduled meetings, managed calendars, and took accurate and comprehensive notes. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Front Desk Receptionist at AccorHotels, where they served visitors, responded to inquiries, handled incoming and outgoing mail, and assisted with administrative tasks. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Cashier at Soyuzivka Heritage Center.
Irena Mudra is currently studying at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: HR Foundation Module 1 "HR Careers: Roles, Competencies and Challenges" from the People First Club in June 2022, IT English (UPPER-INTERMEDIATE) from Logos IT-Academy in December 2020, and IT HR Manager from Logos IT-Academy in October 2019.
