Julie Boche

Julie Boche believes people deserve to be empowered in their health and in their interactions with the health care system. Julie joined Bind in 2017 and oversees Bind legal counsel and compliance professionals. Prior to joining Bind, Julie served as principal attorney for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and general counsel and chief compliance officer of Bloom Health. Prior to that, Julie served in several transactional and regulatory roles within UnitedHealth Group, including as their first dedicated data security counsel. Julie earned her BA from University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and holds a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
