Emanuel Welten is a partner at BINDER GRÖSSWANG Rechtsanwälte GmbH, a position held since 2001, and previously worked as an associate/attorney at the same firm. Prior to this, Emanuel gained experience as a trainee at SMEunited, formerly known as the European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (UEAPME), from 1999 to 2000, and at the European Commission from 1998 to 1999. Emanuel holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University, obtained between 2000 and 2001, and a Mag.iur. degree from the University of Vienna, completed in 1997. Additionally, Emanuel furthered studies at Université Paris Cité in 1996.
