Alison Twang

Alison Twang, PhD, currently serves as the Director of the Center for Civic Engagement at Binghamton University, a position held since August 2015. Throughout this tenure, Alison has progressed through several roles within the center, including Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Research & Development Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of the Rural Health Service Corps at the Rural Health Network of SCNY and as Relationship Manager for Community Impact at the United Way of Tompkins County. Alison's academic credentials include a PhD in Community and Public Affairs, an MPA, and a BA in Political Science, all earned at Binghamton University. Additional roles range from community engagement data analyst to various internships in human resources and community service organizations.
