Katie Clay

Katie Clay currently serves as the Associate Director for Community-Engaged Learning at the Center for Civic Engagement and Social Impact at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a position held since August 2022. In this role, Katie coordinates community partnerships and community-based student leadership programs, while overseeing student resource pantry operations. Previously, from May 2016 to August 2022, Katie worked as an Assistant Manager at Treehouse World, managing a team of up to 50 staff members and overseeing various operational aspects. Additional experience includes roles at West Chester University as a Community Partners Specialist, Office Administrator at BELFOR Property Restoration, Lead Garden Educator at Camps Equinunk and Blue Ridge, and a Public Education Intern at the Philadelphia Zoo. Katie holds a Master of Science in Education from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics from McGill University.
