Calum Barker

Calum Barker is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Binnies since March 2021, contributing to the Thames Water AMP7 framework. Prior to this role, Calum gained valuable experience in various engineering positions at Tesco as a Junior and Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Responsibilities included working in a target-driven environment focused on stock replenishment and quality control. Additional experience as a Wood Assembly Operative at H G Timber involved JIT production of wooden pallets, machine operation, and quality testing. Earlier, Calum served as a Poll Clerk for South Staffordshire Council during elections starting in 2015. Calum holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool, which was completed in 2020.
