Kieran McElroy is a Graduate Ecologist at Binnies, where responsibilities include conducting habitat surveys and utilizing the UKHAB classification system to identify plant species and habitat types, as well as employing ArcGIS for data collection and condition assessments. Previous experience includes serving as a Seasonal Ecologist at WSP, conducting species-specific surveys for various wildlife and developing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for safety during site visits. Early career roles include a Sales Assistant at The Entertainer, providing customer service and supporting sales targets, and a Lifeguard at Harborne Pool & Fitness Centre, ensuring swimmer safety and compliance with pool policies. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Reading and completed A-levels at Bishop Challoner Sixth Form.
