Kim Erich

Kim Erich has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at QTC Recruitment in 2018. They then worked at ALD Automotive Nederland as an Employee Operations specialist from September 2019 to February 2020. Following that, Kim worked as an Ambulatory Supervisor at Prodeba B.V. from October 2020 to September 2021. In 2022, Kim completed a clinical internship at Fibrocentrum from February to July. Currently, Kim is employed at Binqy as a Psychologist & Wellbeing Lead, where they focus on promoting employee well-being and optimizing digital tools for user experience enhancement.

Kim Erich completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool Leiden between 2015 and 2019. Following that, Kim pursued a pre-master's program in Psychology at Leiden University from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Kim is pursuing a Master's degree in Health & Medical Psychology at Leiden University, starting in 2021.
