Yvette Jones Ma (she/her)

Yvette Jones, MA, PHR has a diverse work experience. Yvette is currently the Owner of A to Z Freight Haul, LLC since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Redeye Worldwide starting in September 2022. From June 2020 to September 2022, they were a Sales Team Lead at Mary Kay Global. Yvette also worked as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at LabCorp from September 2015 to September 2022. Yvette has a background in labor relations and human resources, having served as a Labor Relations - Human Resources at Duke University from September 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they held roles such as HR Generalist/Manager and Deployment Supervisor at FORCE PROTECTION INDUSTRIES, INC. from October 2010 to February 2012 and August 2009 to October 2010, respectively. Yvette also has experience as a Corporate Employment Specialist at Spherion in 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Support Provider for a family member with medical complications in 2008. Yvette started their career as a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) in 2006. Yvette Jones, MA, PHR (she/her) has a diverse educational background. In 2015-2016, they attended Ashford University and earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, Yvette studied at Charleston Southern University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Sociology. Yvette also attended Trident Technical College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. Yvette later returned to Charleston Southern University to complete another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Yvette has obtained two notable certifications. In February 2019, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). More recently, in October 2021, Yvette completed a Life Coaching certification from the New Skills Academy.
