Michael Torsiello

Michael Torsiello, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President at Binswanger, engaged as an industrial real estate broker on the Mid-Atlantic Team, specializing in transactions across New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia Area since November 2013. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Real Estate Appraiser in a temporary position at Clarion/Samuels Associates, where responsibilities included property inspections in Southeast Pennsylvania and Delaware, market analysis, and developing appraisal reports per USPAP standards. Michael has also accumulated diverse experience through internships at Travelers, contributing to various finance and operational analysis roles, and at the Delaware County District Attorney's Office, where investigative work in white-collar crime was undertaken. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
