Dorelia Miller

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Binti

Dorelia has a passion for the well-being of children and their families because of her experience as a child immigrant and her lived experience of navigating a new life with her single mother in an unknown country. She understood early in life the value of their community and the people who helped them along the way.

Upon graduating from Texas State University, she began her career with Upward Bound, helping first-generation students like herself graduate high school and enter college. She continued her work in social services as a Case Manager for Community Action of Central Texas Head Start Program. She transitioned to tech after leading a Corporate Social Responsibility program for a successful Austin-founded eCommerce startup. She held various Client-centered roles with eCommerce and SaaS companies prior to joining Binti and is grateful for the opportunity to merge her career in tech with her original passion, the well-being of children and families.
