Subhan Novianda

Subhan Novianda has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as the VP SBU Digital Service & Enterprise IT at Bio Farma in Indonesia, which they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Digital Logistics Platform and later as the VP IT Service & Project Management at Anteraja from June 2020 to July 2023. Subhan also co-founded Cargoshare in June 2020 and worked there until October 2022. Before that, they served as the CEO of Multiinti Digital Business from January 2019 to June 2020. Subhan Novianda has also held various roles in the IT and logistics sector, including CIO at Multi Inti Sarana Group from April 2018 to June 2020, IT Group Head at Puninar Logistics Group from March 2016 to February 2018, and CEO of BASAJANS Solution from August 2015 to March 2016. Subhan also worked at PT. Abyor International as the GM Business Solution from November 2013 to March 2016. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at CEVA Indonesia, including CEVA Ground Director, Managing Director (Interim), Director of Information Service & Solution, and Country IT Manager and Marketing Head. Subhan Novianda started their career at Microsoft as a Platform Strategy Manager from November 2005 to April 2007.

Subhan Novianda's education history includes a Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Institut Teknologi & Bisnis KALBIS, which was obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they also completed a Master's degree in Magister Management from the same institution, from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Subhan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Institute Sains & Teknologi Nasional, which they pursued from 1985 to 1990.

In terms of certifications, Subhan has completed various courses. Subhan obtained a certification in "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process" from LinkedIn in December 2021. Subhan also completed a course on "Digital Strategy" from LinkedIn in October 2021, and "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" in February 2021. As for professional certifications, they are certified as an Information System Auditor by ISACA and as a Strategy Execution Professional by QPR - GML, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
