Morgan Maki has held a variety of roles in the food industry since 2005. Morgan began their career as an Entremetier at Radius Restaurant, then moved on to Kitchen Manager at Quince Restaurant in 2007. In 2008, they became Kitchen Dept. Head and FOB Educator at Bi-Rite Market. From 2014 to 2018, Maki worked at Bio-Logical Capital, where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Dir. of Food Ecosystems and Retail Partnerships, Asset Manager - Hana Ranch, and Retail Operations Manager. In 2018, they returned to Urban Villages as Dir. of Food Ecosystems & Retail Partnerships.
Morgan Maki attended the New England Culinary Institute from 2003 to 2005 and obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
