BIO-NEMS's board of directors has a long history of experience in the industry, with the CEO coming from SnapDNA/Bio-NEMS, the VP of Electrical Engineering coming from Spatial Photonics, and the CTO and VP of Worldwide Engineering coming from Tvia, Inc. All three have experience in business development from NVIDIA Corporation. They all have degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
