Carolina Roberts

Carolina Roberts is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing and negotiating lease transactions across diverse regions including the US, Europe (EMEA), and Asia (APAC). Currently serving as the Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories since July 2017, Carolina develops strategic plans for business expansions and relocations. Previous roles include Senior Site Acquisitions Manager and Property Specialist at PERMIT ME, INC, where Carolina successfully negotiated lease agreements, and Senior Real Estate Project Manager at Netflix, where Carolina managed the opening of over 2 million square feet of warehouse distribution sites. Carolina's expertise in real estate transactions has been honed through positions at CB Richard Ellis, Shorenstein Realty Services, Safeway, Gymboree, and Good Guys IT, complemented by a B.A. in Business Management from Saint Mary's College of California.
