Heather Treptow has extensive experience in the field of training and development. Heather began their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Aala Reed Clothing in 2004. Heather then worked as a Sales Manager at Active Communications International in 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they held various roles at Shionogi Pharma (formerly Sciele Pharma), including Professional Sales Rep, District Sales Trainer, and Corporate Sales Trainer.
In 2010, Treptow joined Surgical Information Systems as a Corporate Sales Trainer, where they created onboarding programs and optimized sales processes. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Learning & Development Manager at Molnlycke Health Care US, overseeing onboarding processes and designing customer training programs.
Treptow then joined MiMedx in 2014 as the Corporate Clinical Training Manager, where they established a turnaround plan for training programs and designed a Sales training program. In 2016, they became the GCO Americas Training Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they implemented streamlined training programs and centralized training activities.
Treptow's roles at Bio-Rad Laboratories also include GCO PMO Global Training Manager, Associate Director of Training, and Director of Commercial Effectiveness. Their responsibilities in these positions include equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills, analyzing commercial issues to develop impactful training strategies, and leading the Global Effectiveness team.
Heather Treptow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and English Literature from Marquette University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in SPIN Selling Conversations Client Associate from Miller Heiman Group in 2016 and Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Client Associate in 2012.
