Jay Mumford

Jay Mumford, MBA, CCEP, CIPM, serves as the Senior Global Compliance Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., since April 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating across various functions to enhance corporate compliance programs while chairing the Data Protection and Information Security steering committee. Prior to this, Mumford held the role of Corporate Compliance Project Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories from October 2013, focusing on anti-bribery measures, channel partner management, and compliance with transparency regulations. As Vice President of the Ethisphere Institute from January 2012 to September 2013, contributions were made towards advancing best practices in business ethics and corporate responsibility. Mumford's earlier experience includes directing ethics and compliance initiatives at Accenture from November 2001 to January 2012 for a workforce exceeding 235,000 employees. Education was obtained at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, culminating in an MBA with a focus on International Business.
