Mélanie Barrat

Mélanie Barrat has extensive work experience in various roles. Mélanie started their career at SOLECTRON as an Assistant controller COA from January 2000 to June 2000. In 2001, they joined Bio-Rad Laboratories as an EEMEA Financial Analyst and held this position until September 2012. Mélanie then became the EEMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from October 2012 to September 2013. Later, they took on the role of Business Process Specialist and Compliance Champion for the emerging markets region at Bio-Rad Laboratories from October 2013 to February 2016. Currently, Mélanie serves as the Compliance and Ethics Lead for EMEA at Bio-Rad Laboratories starting from March 2016.

Mélanie Barrat attended INSEEC Graduate Business School from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Prépa HEC - Ozenne Toulouse. In terms of additional certifications, Mélanie obtained several relevant certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as virtual audience engagement, training program design, leading productive one-on-one meetings, learner engagement, and business English presentation and email writing.
