Michele Smolin

Michele Smolin has extensive experience in the legal field, spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 1992, they worked as an Associate at Gold, Rotatori & Schwartz, Co. LPA until 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they served as a Public Defender Trial Attorney at Allegheny County Public Defender's Office.

Michele then worked as Counsel at COLLINS & SCANLON L.L.P. from 2018 to 2018 before joining Ranpak as VP, General Counsel, and Asst. Secretary. At Ranpak, they were a trusted advisor, responsible for negotiating and executing sales purchase agreements.

Currently, Smolin holds the position of General Counsel at Locus Fermentation Solutions, starting in November 2021.

Michele Smolin has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Michele also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music, with a field of study in Organ Performance, from Carlow University. Additionally, they attended St. Benedict Academy.
