Raphaël Ruffieux

Raphaël Ruffieux is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for the EMEA Global Commercial Organization & Finance at Bio-Rad Laboratories since August 2008. In this role, Raphaël oversees HR processes and activities, collaborating with senior leaders and employees across the EMEA region. Prior positions at Bio-Rad include Sr HR Business Partner, HR Manager for Switzerland, HR Consultant, and HR Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR departments to supporting recruitment and HR process optimization.
