Ryan Short

Ryan Short has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the life sciences industry. Ryan started their career as an Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Remel) in 1999. After a year, they transitioned to Bio-Rad Laboratories and held various positions, including Instrument Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, and Global Marketing Manager for the Western Blotting Portfolio. Ryan then moved on to become the BioPharma Sales Director and later the Director of Americas Marketing. In 2020, Ryan became the Vice President of US Sales at Bio-Rad before being promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, leading the Americas Commercial Organization in 2023.

Ryan Short attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1995 to 1999, majoring in Microbiology.
