Gavin Hutchcraft has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. During their tenure, they served as a Customer Service Engineer, UK Field Service Manager, and Regional Service Manager, responsible for managing service teams, maintaining customer relationships, and driving service revenue. In 2014, they joined ProteinSimple as the European Service Manager, where they oversaw service operations in Europe until their transition to Bio-Techne in 2018. At Bio-Techne, Gavin initially held the position of Snr Manager Technical Support EMEA, and as of August 2021, they serve as the Director Technical Support EMEA.
