Guillermo Santiago

Guillermo Santiago is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the GMP/IVD Value Stream Director at Bio-Techne since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Smith & Nephew as Site Leader and Director of Manufacturing from September 2017 to May 2021, Operations Director at Cook Regentec from February 2016 to September 2017, and Director of Engineering at Therapeutic Proteins International, LLC from 2013 to 2015. Guillermo's career in the industry began at Amgen, where responsibilities included Senior Manufacturing Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer from 2002 to 2013. Guillermo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned between 1990 and 1996.
