Karl Swift

Karl Swift has a diverse range of work experience in the chemistry industry. Karl served as the Director of Operations at Bio-Techne, where they were responsible for chemistry and facilities. Karl held leadership positions at SCI Fine Chemicals Group, including Chairman and Honorary Secretary, and at Tocris Bioscience, where they were the Chemistry Manager. Karl also worked as a Synthetic Services Team Leader at Pfizer and as the High Throughput Chemistry Manager at Maybridge. Prior to these roles, they were a Discovery Chemistry Team Leader at Quest International. Karl has an academic background as an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University.

Karl Swift earned a PhD in Chemistry from King's College London, completing their studies from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Chemistry with Biological Chemistry from the University of Warwick between 1986 and 1989. Before their university education, Karl attended John Mason School from 1979 to 1986.
