Yifei Eric Wu

Yifei Eric Wu currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Bio-Techne, leading operations at the Minneapolis headquarters to produce a range of products that contribute approximately 45% of the company's revenue. Previously, Wu worked at Takeda as a Process Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a $45 million capital project and earning a Global Manufacturing & Supply/Global Quality award. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager and Superintendent at Shire, managing human albumin purification and US production operations, and various positions at Baxter International Inc., including Manufacturing Support Supervisor. Wu co-founded Clean Waste Technologies, LLC, to develop innovative waste management solutions and conducted research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University. Wu holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Tsinghua University.
