Gilles Dosogne

Gilles Dosogne is an experienced finance and investment professional with extensive expertise in debt and equity investments across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Currently serving as the Regional Representative for West Africa at BIO Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries since March 2019, Gilles is responsible for origination, stakeholder representation, and team management. Previous roles include Senior Investment Officer positions managing portfolios and financing in financial institutions, as well as holding various directorships, including Independent Non-Executive Director at Village n°1 Entreprises and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at Banque de Crédit de Bujumbura. Gilles has also contributed to significant programs at Enabel and Médecins Sans Frontières, managing budgets and financial operations, and has an academic background in Development Studies and Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles.
