Souvik Chakraborty is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in bioanalytical project management and product development, currently serving as a Senior Scientist/Bioanalytical Project Manager at BioAgilytix since August 2020. Prior to this role, Souvik worked as a Scientist at Krystal Biotech, where contributions included developing and validating assays for gene therapy product characterization. Academic experience encompasses a position as Research Faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on metastatic growth in cancer research, and several roles in the Department of Pediatrics where efforts centered on pediatric liver diseases. Souvik's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and advanced degrees in Biophysics and Physiology.
