Nora Sjodin has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Nora is currently the VP of Regulatory Affairs at BioArctic AB since 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pharmalink AB from 2016 to 2017. From 2013 to 2016, Nora worked as a Principal Consultant at NDA Group AB. Nora also gained valuable experience at AstraZeneca, starting as a Manager Patient Safety from 1995 to 2000, then serving as a Principal Regulatory Affairs Manager from 2000 to 2005. Nora proceeded to become the European Regulatory Affairs Director from 2005 to 2007, and finally the Global Regulatory Affairs Director from 2007 to 2012. Throughout their career, Nora has been involved in various regulatory strategies, from early development stages to product launch and life cycle management, across both small and large molecules. Nora has also led improvement projects and big change programs.
Nora Sjodin attended Västmanlands Läns Landstings Sjuksköterskeskola between 1976 and 1979, earning a SRN degree in General Nursing. Later, from 1982 to 1983, they studied at Malmö Sjuksköterskeskola and obtained a BSc degree in General Nursing. Finally, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Lund University to study Swedish, Linguistics, Danish, and Norwegian, however, no degree was specified.
