Viet-Dung Tran

Viet-Dung Tran is a bioinformatics scientist with extensive experience in developing and automating bioinformatics and biostatistics pipelines for multi-omic data analysis at BIOASTER since April 2020. Prior engagements include bioinformatics engineering and full stack development at genOway, contributing to various biological modeling applications and laboratory automation tools, as well as working as a senior bioinformatics scientist at Interactive Biosoftware on genomic variation interpretation. Educationally, Viet-Dung Tran holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from Université d'Orléans and a Master's in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics from Paris-Sud University, complemented by foundational studies in molecular and cellular biology.
