Nicholas Masterson

Nicholas Masterson, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting as an HR Assistant at Georgia Perimeter College in 2013. Nicholas then moved on to work as a Compensation Analyst at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services in 2016. Later, they transitioned to roles at BioBridge Global, where they progressed from HR Specialist to HR Business Partner II and Lead HR Business Partner. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, participating in compensation surveys, and partnering with business units to support organizational goals.

Nicholas Masterson holds a BS in Business Management from Hampton University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics. Nicholas has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
