Tom Shore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom currently serves as the Head of Acquisition & Retention at BioCare since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital at BioCare from May 2019 to December 2022. Tom worked as a Digital Consultant at BGO Group for a short-term contract in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Web & Mobile Channel Manager at Genting Casinos UK. Tom also worked as the Digital Manager at Aston Villa Football Club from February 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for the club's digital properties and led digital transformation projects. Tom worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at SK:N Clinics for a short-term contract in 2012, where they significantly increased the volume of enquiries via digital channels and introduced new business channels. Before that, they served as a Director at Agosha Ltd from September 2008 to June 2012. Tom started their career as a Freelancer/Affiliate Marketeer during their time studying Architecture at The University of Nottingham. During this period from June 2005 to September 2008, they designed and built affiliate-based websites, including a lead generation tool and a mobile phone contract website targeted at students.
Tom Shore attended the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree. Tom specialized in the field of Architecture during their time at the university.
