Chris van Haag

Chris van Haag has a strong background in the medical industry, specifically in molecular diagnostics. Chris began their career at Philips in 1997 as a project leader and eventually became the Operations Director for Molecular Diagnostics. In this role, they were responsible for supplier selection and contracting, as well as developing and operating manufacturing facilities. Chris joined Biocartis in 2010 as the Manufacturing Director before transitioning to the role of Director Strategic Accounts in 2016. In this position, they focus on building business relationships with Oncology Pharma companies and other Strategic accounts to ensure accurate and timely identification of patients eligible for targeted therapies. Chris also collaborates with the business development teams to build partnerships with Pharma companies in need of molecular diagnostics solutions for their pipeline therapies.

Chris van Haag attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Bio-Mechanical Engineering, specifically an M.Sc./Ir.
