Susy Spruyt

Susy Spruyt has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Susy started their career as the Manager Legal Affairs/Human Resources Manager at Tibotec in 1999 and worked there until 2008. Susy then joined Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson as the Senior Manager Social Law from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked at Movetis NV as the Director of HR Administration & Legal Affairs from 2010 to 2011, and then as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Shire - Movetis nv from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Janssen as a Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for implementing HR best practices and strategies within the global team in the Global Clinical Operations organization. Most recently, they have been working at Biocartis as the Director of Human Resources since 2015. Overall, Susy Spruyt has extensive experience in HR, both as a business partner and in leadership positions.

Susy Spruyt completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Antwerp. Susy then pursued a Master's degree in Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 2003 to 2006.
