Laura Merriam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engagement management, pre-sales engineering, and solutions consulting. Currently serving as Manager of Engagement Management for North America at BioCatch since April 2021, Laura previously held roles at Bottomline Technologies as Senior Pre-sales Engineer and Senior Solutions Consultant, and at The MathWorks as Senior Project/Program Manager. Earlier career positions include Account Manager at Jarden Consumer Solutions, Paralegal at the Law Offices of Shirley Sheridan, and various product marketing management roles. Laura's foundational experience was with EDS/Appex as a Client Success/Technical Services/Product Manager spanning 14 years.
