Braden Armstrong, P.Eng. began their work experience as a Research Assistant at Applied Lubrication Technologies Inc. in 2010. Braden then worked as a Process Engineering Co-op at PolyOne in 2011 and 2012. Following this, they joined Solvay in 2013 as an Operations Engineer, where they gained hands-on experience working alongside operators and focused on plant support and continuous improvement. In 2018, Braden took on the role of Site Process Engineer at Solvay, where they were responsible for identifying and developing ideas to improve safety, product quality, and production capabilities at the site. Most recently, they joined Novoloop in 2022 as a Sr. Chemical Engineer.
Braden Armstrong, P.Eng. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering at McMaster University. Braden studied at McMaster University from 2008 to 2013, focusing on their field of interest. In addition to their academic achievements, Braden has obtained two additional certifications. In March 2021, they obtained a Professional Engineering License from the Province of Ontario through the institution Professional Engineers Ontario. Braden also acquired a certification in Steady State Processes Modeling and Simulation in November 2022 from ProSim. Braden's educational background and certifications demonstrate their dedication to their field and their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
