Robin is the Head of Customer Experience at BioCentury, bringing over 20 years of experience in biotech and academic research. With a background in molecular biology and psychology, she leads a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to understanding customer needs and developing solutions that exceed expectations. Her team's focus is on creating exceptional experiences for BioCentury's customers and making their day-to-day lives a bit easier and a lot more impactful.

Robin's unique perspective is informed by her deep understanding of the complexities of the biotech industry and her appreciation for the importance of data-driven decision making. Her passion for psychology enables her to understand the human side of customer interactions and develop solutions that meet both the technical and personal needs of BioCentury's customers.

Robin holds two B.S. degrees - one in Molecular Biology and one in Psychology - from the University of California San Diego. She is excited to apply her diverse skillset to help BioCentury deliver outstanding experiences to its customers.
